每天渴八杯水是甚麼道理?
我們常聽說,在健康生活裡,保持良好的飲水習慣是其中重要的一項。然而,要做到培養成每天飲水習慣也並非易事。 記得我曾讀過一些健康雜誌專欄,當中提到每天喝8杯水,是按每個人的體重及運動量、新陳代謝率及環境溫度而定。這也難怪,這些因素可影響到我們出汗,汗流得多自然流失水份而需要一定程度的補充。
